This Privacy Policy describes how Wardrobe Wizard ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Style Vault app.
Information We Collect
- Account information: When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your authentication provider (Replit).
- Wardrobe data: Clothing items, photos, outfit plans, calendar entries, and packing lists you create in the app.
- Usage data: Basic analytics about how you use the app (via Google Analytics).
- Email receipts: If you forward purchase confirmation emails to your personal Style Vault inbox, we store and process that content to import clothing items.
- Location: Used only to fetch local weather for outfit suggestions. We do not store your location.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the Style Vault service.
- To generate AI-powered outfit suggestions personalised to your wardrobe.
- To display weather-appropriate outfit recommendations.
- To process purchase receipt emails and automatically import clothing items.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database. Wardrobe photos are stored on our servers. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Each user's data is isolated and inaccessible to other users.

- OpenAI – AI outfit and image generation
- Stripe – payment processing for Pro subscriptions
- AgentMail – email receipt processing
- Open-Meteo – weather data
- Google Analytics – usage analytics
Data Retention and Deletion
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account page within the app.
Children's Privacy
Style Vault is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
